Daniel Dee Webb

Daniel Dee Webb, 62, Colum­bus, for­merly of Sun­bury, passed away Wednes­day, April 4, 2012, after an extended ill­ness. He was born Octo­ber 12, 1949, in Colum­bus, to Harold D. Webb and Chris­tine E. (Evans) Webb.

A grad­u­ate of Big Wal­nut High School, Dan went on to serve his coun­try in the United States Army dur­ing Viet­nam. Dan was employed by Nes­tle for 26 years and enjoyed woodworking.

He is sur­vived by his father, Harold Webb of Sun­bury; broth­ers, Mike and Roger Webb of Sun­bury; sis­ter, Susan (Kevin) Kretschmer of Pow­ell; and by sons, Clay Webb of Colum­bus and Mark Webb of Croton.

He was pre­ceded in death by his mother, Chris­tine, and a brother, Stephen.

A memo­r­ial ser­vice will be held Tues­day, April 10, 2012, at 2 p.m. at the DeVore-Snyder Funeral Home, Ohio 3 at 61, Sun­bury, with Pas­tor Jonathan Dot­son officiating.

The fam­ily will receive friends at the funeral home one hour prior to ser­vice time.

Inurn­ment will fol­low in Green Hill Ceme­tery, Johnstown.

The fam­ily requests that memo­r­ial con­tri­bu­tions be made to Dis­abled Amer­i­can Vet­er­ans, P.O. Box 15099, Colum­bus, OH 43215.
