Bon­nie R. Stafford Fitch

Bon­nie R. Stafford Fitch, 68, passed away on Wednes­day, July 18, 2012, sur­rounded by her fam­ily. She was pre­ceded in death by her par­ents Ray­mond (Bud) and Thelma Mey­ers Stafford. She leaves behind her hus­band and com­pan­ion of 43 years, James R. Fitch; her two chil­dren, Christina (Rus­sell) Crosby and James R. Fitch, Jr.; her two grand­chil­dren, Lia and Cail Crosby; and her sib­lings, William Stafford, Robert Stafford and Brenda Tomer.

Bon­nie was first and fore­most a wife, mother and grand­mother. She enjoyed being with her fam­ily when­ever pos­si­ble. Her inter­ests included crafts, read­ing, tele­vi­sion and movies. She was well known for help­ing oth­ers in any way that she could through much vol­un­teer work, becom­ing a teacher’s aide for the local school dis­trict and a nurs­ing home caregiver.

She grad­u­ated from Hilliard High School, class of 1962.

We will always remem­ber her lov­ing smile.

The fam­ily received friends on Fri­day, July 20, at the TIDD FUNERAL HOME, 5265 Nor­wich Street, Hilliard, where a memo­r­ial ser­vice fol­lowed at 12 noon.

Inurn­ment fol­lowed in Wes­ley Chapel Cemetery.
