Eagle Pride Football Camp kicks off Monday
The Big Walnut Football Coaching Staff, led by head coach Joe Weaver, is proud to host the tenth annual Eagle Pride Football Camp on July 23, 24, 25 and 26 on the Golden Eagle practice fields.
The camp goal is to make each camper a better person and player by learning the same techniques and fundamentals that are taught to the Big Walnut High School players. Pride, Discipline, Attitude and Team are the corner stones of the Big Walnut Football Program. These are qualities that we emphasize everyday. Camper will also learn about leadership, self-awareness and setting goals in order to promote individual success.
The desire to compete, win, and be a champion are the feelings that we want all of our campers to have. Most importantly, this camp gives individuals an opportunity to meet great people and have fun.
Daily camp hours are 6 to 8 p.m. The camp is open to boys entering grades three through eight. The camp fee is $40 with checks made payable to the Big Walnut Touchdown Club. You may register online at < http://tinyurl.com/eaglepridecamp > or mail entry form and check to Joe Weaver, H. F. C., Big Walnut High School, 555 South Old 3-C Highway, Sunbury, Ohio 43074.
Campers are asked to wear T-shirts, shorts, and cleats and bring a water jug. A trainer will be present throughout the camp.
