Traci R. Ish­ler, daugh­ter of John and Kim­berly Ish­ler, Sun­bury, has enrolled in the Col­lege of Arts and Sci­ences at Ohio North­ern Uni­ver­sity for the 2012–13 school year. She will be a fresh­man major­ing in ath­letic train­ing.
A grad­u­ate of Big Wal­nut High School, Ish­ler was active in the National Honor Soci­ety, drama and choir as well as serv­ing as a Stu­dent Trainer Aide in foot­ball and basketball.

Ohio North­ern University’s qual­ity, student-centered edu­ca­tion dis­tinc­tively com­bines nation­ally ranked sci­ences, arts and pro­fes­sional pro­grams for more than 3,600 stu­dents in its five col­leges: Arts & Sci­ences, Busi­ness Admin­is­tra­tion, Engi­neer­ing, Phar­macy and Law.

Sunbury’s Mitchell Bauer, Michael Carone and Sarah Sturges achieved Dean’s List recog­ni­tion for the 2011-12 Spring Quar­ter 2011–2012 at the Uni­ver­sity of Cincinnati.

Sunbury’s Mitchell Bauer, Col­lege of Engi­neer­ing and Applied Sci­ence, received his Bach­e­lor of Sci­ence degree in Aero­space Engi­neer­ing from the Uni­ver­sity of Cincinnati.

Jef­frey Far­ris, Galena, achieved Dean’s List recog­ni­tion for the 2011-12 Spring Quar­ter 2011–2012 at the Uni­ver­sity of Cincinnati.

Galena’s Colleen Arnett, McMicken Col­lege of Arts and Sci­ences, Bach­e­lor of Arts; Kris­ten Buchanan, Col­lege of Edu­ca­tion, Crim­i­nal Jus­tice and Human Ser­vices, Bach­e­lor of Sci­ence in Edu­ca­tion; and Jef­frey Far­ris, Col­lege of Engi­neer­ing and Applied Sci­ence, Bach­e­lor of Sci­ence in Com­puter Sci­ence, received their degrees from the Uni­ver­sity of Cincinnati.
