The Basics of Selling on eBay
Learn the Basics of Selling on eBay at Community Library on Tuesday, October 23, from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. Do you have items to get rid of at home, but do not want to have another yard sale? Or do you have an item of value that you want sell? Where do you sell these items … eBay of course!
A digital camera sells every four minutes and someone in the U.S. or worldwide wants to purchase your item Attend this class and learn the techniques you need to know as a buyer or seller to complete a successful transaction. The class will cover the steps involved to create an eBay account, digital photography, researching the marketplace and the USPS shipping services. Each patron is asked to bring an item they would potentially like to sell on eBay for a group activity.
This class is taught by Katie Hux who is trained as an Education Specialist through eBay. Please note: this class is a more extended version of the classes that Katie has previously taught. So if you need a refresher course, or more detailed instruction on certain points, you may want to attend this class again.
The fee for the class is $5. This workshop is open to teens and adults, and advance registration with the $5 fee is required.
