Haunted Library

Com­mu­nity Library will host its fourth annual Haunted Library for chil­dren ages six to 10 on Sat­ur­day, Octo­ber 13. Admis­sion to the Haunted Library is a sug­gested dona­tion of $1 per per­son. Advance ticket pur­chase is rec­om­mended to secure reser­va­tions and are avail­able for three time slots: 7, 7 or 8 p.m. Tick­ets may also be avail­able at the door on a first-come, first-serve basis.

“Non-scary” games and activ­i­ties will be avail­able for chil­dren ages two and up from 7 to 9:30 p.m. with a sug­gested dona­tion of $1 per child.

Nationally-known sto­ry­teller Jim Flana­gan will be telling slightly shiv­ery tales for all ages from 7:30 to 8:30 p.m.

Tick­ets are avail­able in the Children’s Department.

Chil­dren (and par­ents) are encour­aged to dress up in cos­tume for the event.
