Many dogs have been put to death simply because of how they LOOKED and not by their actions! BSL does nothing to stop dog issues, it is a Human Failure and not a Dog Breed Failure! Hold ALL dog owners Accountable for their pets actions. Punish owners of dogs that wonder freely, that are truly aggressive, that are neglected or otherwise abused. Enforce Domestic Common Care controls (providing food, shelter, water, vetting), enforce leash laws and enact a sliding scale of dog fines & fee's for repeat offenders.
