By Gary Budzakgbudzak@civitasmedia.comThe first thing Manager Bill Lowe mentioned about this year’s Delaware County Fair was the entertainment.“The Willis Clan just got eliminated from America’s Got Talent, but they’ve been compared to the Von Trapp family,” Lowe said of the country group, who will perform at the Grandstand on opening night. “They’re a family that sings, dances and plays multiple instruments.”The Marshall Tucker Band will perform on Sept. 15, with fellow southern rockers Wet Willie opening for them. Lowe said it will be like old times, because these two veteran groups used to tour together.
